Holiday Processing Time: 3-5 business days
The processing time for the holiday season lasts from November 1st to January 12th
Domestic Shipments: For domestic shipments, usually takes 3+ business days (post-processing), after the package has been shipped we are not responsible for the time it takes for the postal service to process and deliver your package!
International Shipments: May experience longer delays depending on customer location due to widespread airline cancellations and restrictions into your area. Free Shipping over $99 is not available for international orders. We are only responsible for relaying the item to the courier, not shipment arrival dates! The customer is responsible for any VAT, tax, import fees, etc. upon delivery.
Returned to Sender: All packages unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address, unpaid duties or VAT, etc. will result in a refund of purchase, minus return shipping cost.
Please be patient with package arrival dates and order as early as possible if you are trying to have a product arrive in time for a birthday or trip!
