What Holiday Collections are ineligible for return?

  • Doorbuster Collection - Final sale - these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Free Holiday Gifts - Final sale - these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Bogo Deals (Buy one get one) - Final sale - these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • $1-$35 Black Friday sale collection - Final sale - these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

~ The return process has not changed. The return window has only been made longer for the Holidays. Please read below for instructions on how to make a return. ~


Return Policy

  • Returns are allowed up to 14 days after the courier marks the package as delivered. 

How Do I Return?

  • Contact us by using the chat box located on the bottom left part of our website to contact our returns team.
  • Input your email so our customer service team can reply back to you.
  • Provide us with your Order Number and full name that you used to place your order.
  • Give a brief explanation for the product(s) you would like to return.
  • Please allow 48 hours for our team to respond - this chat box is not live 24/7.

What Items Are Returnable? 

  • T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Sweaters, Hoodies, Zip-Up's, Sweatpants, Shorts, Bags

REMINDER: In unused and unwashed condition. No Pet Hair or Perfume.

What Items Are Non-Returnable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pet Hair
  • Items sprayed with Perfume
  • Gift cards
  • Tanktops
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Hats
  • Keychains
  • Washed items
  • Worn items
  • Stretched out items
  • International Orders
  • Final Sale items - these items will be clearly marked as final sale.
  • Items already marked down from their original price to a "Final Sale" price

The Item I Received Is Damaged!

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us on the chat box on our website within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item.

Are Exchanges An Option?

  • Unfortunately, we do not have exchanges. You can return the item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice using your store credit.

How Do I Ship Back The Items?

  • Our customer service team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Once you have the return label, you have 14 days from that day to make the return. 

How Soon Will I Get My Store Credit?

  • Once the courier marks the return as delivered, if approved, your store credit will be automatically added to your account. An email will follow once that store credit is added. The store credit will be added to the email associated with the original purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process your return. The cost of the pre-paid return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.

*** If you return an item in non compliance with the process above, it will be donated. If you return an item in non resell-able condition, you will not have the opportunity to have it sent back. All returns made without consulting the chat box for a return label will also be donated and no credit will be issued. Please do not send us a return without contacting us. ***

 

 Cancellation Policy

  • You have 1 hour to cancel via the link in your confirmation e-mail. Outside of this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

You received an order confirmation email that contains a link to an order cancellation page. That is the only way an order can be canceled. 

Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error!

  • Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.

 

FRAUD ALERTS

  • If your order receives a high red fraud alert in our system we will cancel the order immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS.
