Holiday Return Policy 2023
(November 13th 2023 - January 8th 2024)

  • This year we will be allowing returns starting from purchases made on November 13th, all the way through January 8th 2024. 
We understand how hectic and crazy the holidays are with exams at school, family, vacations, trips, holidays, celebrations, and gift giving! 
Get your Christmas shopping done early without having to worry about the return window closing on you before it is even Christmas!


  • Returns are only allowed for items that are in their original condition. This means the product can have no signs of wear or wash. Any signs of wear, wash, or odors (this includes perfume) will result in a denial of return. If a returned item has signs of wear, wash, or odor, the item will be donated and no refund will be processed. 

Returns will ALSO be allowed for any purchase made using a discount code.

Example: Any purchase made with a code such as “BLACKFRIDAY” or “CYBERMONDAY” will be eligible for returns during this Holiday Return window from November 13th to January 8th.

What products are ineligible for return during the Holiday Return Window?

  • Tank Tops
  • Swim
  • Jewelry
  • Socks
  • Tote Bags / Makeup bags
  • Any products already marked down from their original price without a discount code added. 
  • All products purchased in the up to 50% and 70% off collection

Return Policy  
(January 14th - November 12th)

  • Returns are allowed up to 14 days after the currier marks the package as delivered. 

How Do I Return?

  • Use the chat box located on the bottom left part of our website to contact our returns team.
  • Input your email so our customer service team can reply back to you.
  • Please provide us with your Order Number and full name that you used to place your order.
  • Give a brief explanation for the product(s) you would like to return.

What Items Are Returnable? 

  • T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Sweaters
  • Within 14 days from the date the currier marks the package as delivered.
  • In unused, unworn, unwashed, and re-sellable condition.

What Items Are Non-Returnable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Tanktops
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Washed items
  • Worn items
  • Stretched out items
  • International Orders
  • Anything purchased during a blowout sale. Example: Holiday sales such as, Valentines day, Easter, Labor day, Memorial day, Mother's day, Father's day, 4th of July, PRIME DAY, Halloween sale, Veterans Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, Doorbusters, Christmas, New Years, and all of our "end of year sales" are not eligible for returns.

The Item I Received Is Damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us on the chat box on our website within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item.

How Do I Ship Back The Items?

Our customer service team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

How Soon Will I Get My Store Credit?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process your return. If approved, you will receive your store credit via email in the form of an E-Gift card. The cost of the pre-paid return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.



Once the item has been purchased we may be not able to cancel the order right away. After purchase, you have 1 hour to cancel via the link in your confirmation e-mail. Outside of this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

You received an order confirmation email that contains a link to an order cancellation page. That is the only way an order can be canceled. 

Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
