I loved the sweatshirt but it’s way too big! I guess the only way to contact you is thru the chat box, which I did, but it’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything about how to return it!! I’ve already ordered a smaller size, but I’d like to know how to return the one that’s too big!!

I saw this sweatshirt on Pinterest a year or two ago but was scared to purchase because the last time I ordered a hoodie from a brand I didn’t recognize the quality was terribly disappointing. I am so glad I took the plunge! For reference I am 5’10” and about 190 lbs. I ordered the large and it fits well…over sized but not oversized like the models in the pictures so I would definitely size up for that fit. The embroidery is adorable and the colors on the stitching are rich. The sweatshirts aren’t exactly weighted it’s just good thicker quality (see pics). The material is soft on the inside and the lining is soft. I work overnight in CT/XRay so it the temp is normally 65 and then internal body temp drops over night. I wore it to work tonight and it was very busy but I had to stop multiple times throughout my shift so patients and staff could take pictures🤣. I loved it so much I bought my daughter a matching hoodie! Hope there are fun holiday hoodies!
