My order did arrive late, but I did get a personal email explaining the situation and giving me different options on how to proceed with my purchase. When I received my order I got a personalized note apologizing for the delay!! I thought it was very sweet and very thoughtful!! The t-shirt is cute and comfy I love it!!!
