• Returns are allowed up to 14 days after the currier marks the package as delivered. 

How Do I Return?

• Use the chat box located on the bottom left part of our website to contact our returns team.
• Input your email so our customer service team can reply back to you.
• Please provide us with your Order number and full name that you used to place your order.
• Give a brief explanation for the product(s) you would like to return.

What Items Are Returnable? 

• T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Sweaters
• Within 14 days from the date the currier marks the package as delivered.
• In unused, unworn, unwashed, and re-sellable condition.

What Items Are Non-Returnable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Tanktops
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Washed items
• Worn items
• Stretched out items
• International Orders
• Anything purchased during a blowout sale. Example: Holiday sales such as, Valentines day, Easter, Labor day, Memorial day, Mother's day, Father's day, 4th of July, PRIME DAY, Halloween sale, Veterans Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, Doorbusters, Christmas, New Years, and all of our "end of year sales" are not eligible for returns.

The Item I Received Is Damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us on the chat box on our website within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item.

How Do I Ship Back The Items?

Our customer service team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

How Soon Will I Get My Store Credit?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If approved, the refund request will be processed asap and you will receive your store credit in the form of an E-Gift card.

The cost of the pre-paid return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once the item has been purchased we may be not able to cancel the order right away. After purchase, you have 1 hour to cancel via the link in your confirmation e-mail. Outside of this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

You received an order confirmation email that contains a link to an order cancellation page. That is the only way an order can be canceled. 

Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping: $7.95 (1-3 day processing, 3+ day shipping)

Express Shipping📦: $18.99 (1-2 day processing, 2+ day shipping)

SUPER FAST SHIPPING💕: $50.00 (<24 hrs processing, 1+ day shipping)

Domestic Shipments: they usually arrive between 3-5 business days (post-processing), after the package has been shipped we are not responsible for the time it takes for the postal service to process and deliver your package!

International Shipments: May experience longer delays depending on customer location due to widespread airline cancellations and restrictions into this area. Free Shipping over $99 is not available for international orders. We are only responsible for relaying the item to the courier, not shipment arrival dates! 

Returned to Sender: All packages unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address, unpaid duties or VAT, etc. will result in a refund of purchase, minus return shipping cost.

Please be patient with package arrival dates and order as early as possible if you are trying to have a product arrive in time for a birthday or trip!

The prices displayed above are USPS standard rates and subject to change based on weight and distance.

FREE Speedy Shipping on all orders over $99 are shipped USPS Standard. THE TOTAL MUST EQUAL OR EXCEED $99 AFTER ALL DISCOUNT CODES OR GIFT CARDS ARE APPLIED.
