Example: Holiday sales such as, Valentines day, Easter, Labor day, Memorial day, Mother's day, Father's day, 4th of July, PRIME DAY, Halloween sale, Veterans Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, Doorbusters, Christmas, New Years, and all of our "end of year sales" are not eligible for returns.

    The Item I Received Is Damaged!

    If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us on the chat box on our website within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item.

    How Soon Will I Get My Store Credit?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If approved, the refund request will be processed asap and you will receive your store credit in the form of an E-Gift card.

    The cost of the pre-paid return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.
