Q: I purchased my item as a Christmas gift. Will it arrive in time?

A: all orders placed after DECEMBER 5TH will not be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. Please remember how packed the postal service will be during the holiday season. Because of this the POST OFFICE could delay your package. We ship out everything in a timely manor but again USPS and UPS can be slow.

Q: I took photos in my sunkissedcoconut items and want to be featured on the website where do I send the photos?

A: email us at collab@sunkissedcoconut.com or tag our Instagram @sunkissedcoconut on the photo so we see in in our tagged photos on Instagram!

Q: I just completed an order. How long until it ships?

A: Our growing business team works hard to ship packages out either the same day or 1-3 days after the purchase. Refer to our shipping and return policy page for more information!

Q: I need to cancel my order, how do I do this?

A: We are not able to cancel orders if the package has already been shipped. You can email our customer service team about canceling the order but there is a 2-4 day email wait time. If the package has shipped during that wait time unfortunately we cannot cancel the order.

Please do not purchase unless you are ready to order. Please provide the correct address. We are not responsible for incorrect address fees!

Q: I missed a sale can I add the coupon to my recent purchase?

A: We are not able to cancel the order to have the customer place it again to add the coupon. We cannot add coupons to already purchased orders. We do not have any sales except for black friday starting October 6th 2020 moving forward. sunkissedcoconut's mission is to offer low prices for our high quality items year-round.

Q: I just completed a purchase and I got no order updates or confirmation email, what do I do?

A: Check your spam email! If you received no text or e-mail (including spam), please contact our customer service team to get your order information.

Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: By weight, country, and destination. 100% of shipping funds go to the appropriate mail courier.

Q: I got an email saying my order shipped, but there’s no tracking info yet?

A: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to update. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do! The postal service calculates the price off of weight for international orders. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept exchanges on defective products if the item is shipped back to us within 3 days after delivery. Products must be mailed to the address in our shipping policy (https://sunkissedcoconut.com/pages/returns-exchanges-1) within 3 days after the purchase has arrived and the product must be unworn with the tags still attached (if applicable). Customer must pay for return shipping. We cannot offer refunds for swim, undergarments, jewelry, or sale items. If the eligible item is shipped past 3 days after the delivery date, we will not refund you for the item if it is shipped back, it will be set aside for donation to our local charity (after being sanitized).

Q: An item I ordered didn’t come in my package. What should I do?

A: Unfortunately, human error exists. We do our best to pack all of our Sunkissedcoconut packages correctly. However, from time to time we may miss packing an item. Should this happen, please contact customerservice@sunkissedcoconut.com as soon as possible.

Q: My package/item arrived damaged. What do I do?

A: If one of our items happens to arrive damaged due to shipping or other reasons, please contact us immediately at:  customerservice@sunkissedcoconut.com. Please send your order number (check your email for your order number), proof of purchase, and photo or video of the damage and we’ll make it right! We will have to open a case with the postal service regarding the damage.

Q: I have a different question; who do I contact?

A: Please feel free to reach out to our Sunkissedcoconut Headquarters by using our chatbox located in the bottom right corner or right side of the website for help.

Q: how do I become a @sunkissedcoconut influencer or ambassador; do I qualify?

A: our team is VERY PICKY on who becomes an influencer for our brand we normally do not send out free products but if we feel like your page and your influencer skills are what we are looking for we will consider the request.

 

Being an influencer isn’t always about how many followers someone has, it’s about the persons personality and ability to be creative.
